Product Introduction

{Grinding characteristics}:
It has very strong adaptability to materials that are difficult to grind, easy to grind, high humidity and dry. It has a wide range of grinding fields and rich grinding types.
Working principle: the motor drives the grinding plate to rotate through the reducer, the material falls in the center of the grinding plate from the feed port, and the hot air enters the mill from the air inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force, materials move towards the edge of the grinding plate. When passing through the circular groove on the grinding plate, they are crushed by the grinding roller. The crushed materials are carried away at the edge of the grinding plate by the high-speed airflow at the wind ring. Large particles directly fall onto the grinding plate for re grinding. When the materials in the airflow pass through the dynamic and static separators, under the action of the rotating rotor, the coarse powder falls onto the grinding plate for re grinding. The qualified fine powder is grinded together with the airflow, The product is collected in the powder collecting device. Materials containing water are dried in the process of contacting with hot gas to reach the required product moisture.

(2) A new type of roller sealing device is adopted, which makes the sealing more reliable, and no sealing fan is needed, further reducing the oxygen content in the mill, and the explosion suppression performance is more excellent.

It integrates crushing, drying, grinding and transportation. The process is simple, the system equipment is few, the structure layout is compact, and the floor area is only 50% of that of the ball mill.
